Alcohol-free Cocktail

Ingredients
5 cl Chateau del ISH, Sparkling White
6 cl RumISH
2 dash Angostura
Mint leaves
3 cl Lime juice
1,5 cl Gomme

Garnish
Mint leaves

Method
Add all ingredients except for Sparkling White. Shake and strain into coupette glass and top with Sparkling White.
